When we are struggling in our lives, sharing the experience with someone who is understanding and responsive can help us to resolve issues and feel better.
You can come to see me regarding any personal issue as I am trained to work across the board, but some of the more frequent reasons for seeking counselling are:
- feeling depressed, unhappy or alone
- low self-esteem
- separation and loss
- relationship problems
- difficulties originating in childhood
- wanting to change repetitive patterns of thought, feeling or behaviour
- feeling numb and wanting to get in touch with yourself
- workplace issues
If you would like to know whether I can help you with the particular issue you have you can email or phone me in order to check.
“It is not too late
To open your depths by plunging into them
And drink in the life
That reveals itself quietly there”– Rilke
